What is it?
A pair of antique French "briquets" earrings. They get their name,"briquets", due to their shape which is similar to a lighter tool that was used, in the past, for creating fire. The "briquets", which are a type of "poissardes" earrings, are associated with the area Dauphiné in France. This beautiful pair, with intricate beaded details and a diamond shape motif to each centre, are each set with seven bright and sparkly red paste stones each
