About the piece
A characterful antique French garnet ring with a navette-shaped cluster of rose-cut garnets, arranged with a central marquise-shaped garnet surrounded by smaller round stones. The rich colour of the garnets complements the warm, rosy hue of the gold beautifully.
The central stone is secured with a traditional wirework technique. TThe elongated navette cluster gives the ring a lovely presence on the finger, while the wide, flat gold band feels comfortable and substantial to wear. A characterful antique piece with a distinctive silhouette and a lovely sense of proportion.

I love both the Diamond Ruby ring I got and the Diamond earrings. Both are very high quality pieces and as described. They were very well packaged and the shipping was fast. I would love to make another purchase soon! My ring and earrings were very well pacakaged.

I cannot fault the ring the customer service and the packaging. The pictures did not do this piece of jewelry justice. It is stunning and I am so thrilled with it. Could not be happier at every step of the purchasing process. This is a ring that I will treasure.

What a joy to be in Paris and find the perfect gift for a 40th wedding anniversary. I had my heart set on an opal solitaire, preferably vintage design, and found exactly that. The ring even fit, no sizing needed. Rebecca is a pleasure to work with, and I enjoyed the chance to meet her. I found the ring browsing online and would have ordered it from home (the USA) had we not been within a couple of miles of each other in Paris. Her knowledge of fine jewelry is evident, and she could not have been more thorough or courteous. I had my jeweler take a look when I got home, and he said it's an amazingly fine gem, no damage at all, rare in vintage opals because they're "softer" than most stones and require conscientious care. This one will get just that. Thanks Rebecca!
