This piece has the French owl mark for 18ct gold and a swan for silver. Both are used to guarantee second hand pieces which previously had no French guarantee mark 

Condition -

Good antique condition with indications of age and wear. The ring appears to have been created using an earlier component of a Georgian period rose-cut diamond silver setting which has later been mounted onto the band

 

This piece can be worn regularly, with care

Remove this piece for activities where it may be knocked or caught. Clean gently with warm soapy water to prevent a build-up of dirt. Store carefully to avoid damage or loss.

Rose cut diamonds in antique settings benefit from occasional checking to ensure they remain secure.
