About the Piece
A distinctive antique ruby crossover ring featuring a trio of rubies in a raised bead setting. The raised style setting gives the impression of delicate claws whilst the bead setting technique means the top is smooth and less prone to catching.
The crossover design sweeps asymmetrically across the finger, with each shoulder finished with a small “trèfle” detail. These club motifs draw the eye towards the central rubies, adding a touch of decorative interest and symbolism to the design.
A lovely combination of movement, colour and detail, with a sculptural shape that gives the ring plenty of presence on the hand.
