A beautiful antique piece from the years of the Belle Époque piece crafted, in France over 100 years ago, from buttery yellow 18ct gold with an elegant matte finish. The ribbon design is complimented by a natural split seed pearl in a six point star setting at the centre; it is elegant and feminine. The puffed heart has a slim profile and is a closed design so does not open. The "puffed" nature of this piece keeps it lightweight so it is perfect for pairing with finer chains
